Internal alterations and refurbishment of an existing historic single storey building, to re-design the internal layout to provide two modern unisex cubicles, and one accessible toilet, including baby change facilities. All individually accessed externally
The following details the work carried out:
- Installation of heras fencing to designate the working area, and to include footpath suspension and diversion
- Demolition and strip out works
- Alteration of existing layout to incorporate new WC’s, education centre and cafe
- Electoral alterations and new installations
- Plumbing alterations and new installations
- Decoration works carpentry works, including new partitions
Henbury Court Primary Academy
Project Value – £25k
The following details the work carried out:
- Repairs to the existing single storey and two storey concrete encased steel columns to the junior block
- Concrete column works to the two school buildings
Oldfield School
We have carried out various projects with Oldfield School over the past 10 years.
Project Values – £5k – £30k
Various projects include the following:
- Reconfiguration & alteration works in association with Edmond Shipway to convert historic buildings into changing & shower facilities for specials sports coaching staff to suit requirements of the school sports status award
- Installation of new felt room to the admin block due to failure in the roof, works included external rendering and decorations
- Reconfiguration & alteration works in association with Edmond Shipway to convert the existing classrooms into brand new music rooms, works consisted of complete strip-out of these rooms and installation of new floor coverings, decorations, suspended ceilings
Sheldon School
We have carried out various projects with Sheldon School over the past 15 years

- Construction of New extension to gym changing room areas
- Refurbishment of Male & Female changing rooms
- Installation of new fascia’s & guttering

St Birinus College, Didcot
