  • Works to external areas include general maintenance to vegetation, removal of fencing and cleaning of external areas
  • Internally comprised of removal of tenant installed partitions, fixtures and fittings etc, removal of low grade asbestos to the bitumen floor tiles and cleaning throughout
  • All mechanical and electrical installations were tested, serviced and repaired as necessary
